At this time, we don't offer furnished apartments at 1589 Residences. However, this gives you the freedom to design each room around your own style and make the space feel completely yours from day one.

Your security deposit is based on credit, though our standard amount is $1,500. Once you're approved, $500 is due within 48 hours to hold your new home, helping us reserve your spot while the rest of your move-in details come together.

Electric is billed separately from rent and paid through the Resident Portal, giving you full control over your own usage.

Our community offers bulk internet service through Xfinity, so you're connected and settled in from the moment you move in.

We keep rent payment flexible with two easy options: you can pay online through our Resident Portal anytime, or drop off certified funds in person, whichever fits your routine best.

A few monthly fees go directly toward keeping our community running smoothly for everyone who calls it home:

• $65 for Wi-Fi

• $25 for trash service

• $5 for pest control

• $17 for building insurance

Yes, there's a $50 fee per applicant, which allows us to review each application and keep things moving toward your new home at 1589 Residences.

Applicants at 1589 Residences must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Yes! We're proud to be a pet-friendly community in Huntsville, AL, and we welcome up to two pets per home.

There's no pet deposit at 1589 Residences, though a one-time pet fee does apply: $350 for one pet and $600 for two. There is also a $35 monthly pet rent charge per pet.

To help keep our community comfortable for every resident and their companions, our pet policy includes a few breed restrictions:

• Akita

• American Staffordshire Terrier

• Doberman Pinscher

• Pit Bull

• Rottweiler

Any mix of these breeds is included in the restriction, and homes are limited to two pets total. If you have questions about moving in with your pet, we'd love to help you sort out the details.

Move-in costs at 1589 Residences include prorated rent, applicable fees, and the remaining portion of your deposit. We understand that plans can change. If you need to end your lease early, we ask for 60 days' written notice, along with payment of the termination fee and repayment of any concessions received during your tenancy. Let our team know as early as possible, and we'll guide you through each step of the process.

A 60-day written notice is required before moving out, giving both you and our team plenty of time to prepare for your move.

Once you've moved out, you can expect your security deposit refund within 30 days.
